If you are getting an error message when you're creating an account, it's most likely because you're outside of the continental United States. If you are in the continental United States and are experiencing problems creating an account, please email support@zeacon.com to get in touch with our customer success team.

Currently, Zeacon Live Studio only works in the United States. If you'd still like to utilize the patent-pending technology Zeacon has to offer for your virtual and hybrid events, please email info@zeacon.com to talk to a Zeacon representative.
