To access the analytics for your video, begin by clicking the kebab icon (three vertical dots) next to the video you wish to analyze. From the dropdown menu, select "Analytics." Alternatively, you can go to the analytics page and use the dropdown video selector to choose the specific video you want to review. - Setting the Date Range
Once in the analytics section, set the date range for the data you wish to review. This allows you to focus on specific time periods, helping you identify trends and patterns in viewer engagement. - Utilizing Filters for In-depth Analysis
At the top right corner of the analytics page, you'll find a dropdown menu with various filters. Here's a brief explanation of each filter:
Filter Definition Browser Shows the viewer's browser used to view your video. Browser Height Displays the viewer's browser resolution height in pixels when loading your video. Browser Width Indicates the viewer's browser resolution width in pixels when loading your video. City Provides information on the city from which your viewer connected when loading your video. Country Specifies the country from which your viewer connected when loading your video. Page URL Offers the URL of the page where your video is viewed, including the webpage where your video is embedded. Device Category Shows the types of devices people are using to view your video. Operating System Indicates the operating system used on the viewer's device when loading your video. Referrer Identifies the website reported when a viewer clicks through to a page where your video is viewed. Video Type Categorizes your video content as livestream, pre-recorded, or uploaded. CTA Reflects the in-video interactive overlay URL linking to another website. Distribution Method Indicates how the video was shared with the viewer (embedded on a website or unlisted on Zeacon). - Interpreting the Chart
The chart will display an aggregate summary of the selected dataset, providing a visual representation of key metrics and trends. This allows for quick insights into overall video performance. -
View Sessions
In the Table Beneath the chart, you'll find a detailed table that lists every view session contributing to the dataset. This granular information offers a comprehensive view of viewer interactions, allowing you to analyze individual sessions for deeper insights.
